[主題] 4-5 kittens of about a month seen, New Taipei City, need rescuing

Hi, I saw 4-5 kittens near Yuantong temple in Chunghe. Their mother was looking for food from people walking by, The kittens were hiding behind a fence. Different colors. I can guide anyone there if you wish. I will go back midweek to give them some food.

I went back today. There now are only 3 kittens visible, so I guess 1-2 died due to the cold weather.

What should I do, anything or nothing? Please give opinions or advice.

The Winter is coming, and it will be much colder for 2 more months.
Should we leave them as they are?
Should someone catch the mother, neuter her, and foster her and the kittens?

2 have died already from the cold. It's not yet the coldest part of Winter. The mother struggles to find food. I would catch the others if I had a place to keep them, and have posted here many times asking for help. No one has offered any, pretty useless really.
