I am not saying anything specifically about him However, there are people who have the mental condition of compulsively collecting animals These people have a tendency of collecting stray animals Whatever you do, I would really suggest you investigate whether he shows any sign of compulsive collection. (Though I don't think he is a compulsive animal collectors, it often seem compulsive collectors just collect without looking after them) In addition, it would probably be better to persuade him to adopt some of the animals out There is no way a single person can care for over 200 animals at the same time
I am not saying that he has mental condition I am glad that he is not a compulsive collector However there are such cases to be aware of It is sad that in the UK the situation is not really that much better There are ignorant people letting cats roam about without having them neutered as well I find it irritating when people do that and dump the kittens on the RSPCA or other rescues. Neutering animals doesn't cost a lot, it is often people that can't be bothered
